PARIS 2018 WORLD CONGRESS

The World Congress on Children’s Justice 2018 entitled: Strengthening Child Justice Systems. Challenges, including those related to the disengagement of violent extremism” were held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, France, from 28 to 30 May 2018. During these three days, the speakers presented strategies and experiences aimed at strengthening juvenile and family justice systems around the world. They proposed practical and promising approaches to protecting children, preventing youth crime, and creating diversion and alternative detention programs, monitoring and reintegration.
