Insights from Pre-Workshop at 2023 OECD Global Roundtable on Equal Access to Justice

Terre des hommes foundation leading the Global Initiative on Justice With Children partnered to host a collaborative workshop during the 2023 OECD Global Roundtable on Equal Access to Justice in Ljubljana, Slovenia. This workshop involved significant organisations such as the Ministry of Justice Slovenia, Department of Justice Canada, HiiL, UNODC, Ministry of Migration & Asylum Lebanon, Institute for Inspiring Children's Futures, and the working group on SDG 16 Justice for Children.

The primary focus of this impactful session was 'Equal Access to Justice for Children & Child-Centred Justice.' Experts convened to deliberate on essential steps required for implementing the new OECD Child-Friendly Justice Framework, fostering an inspiring dialogue and shaping crucial pathways forward child-centred justice.
