Discussion Panel Access to Justice: Towards Justice Centered on children and adolescents.

It is part of the work carried out by the Crea equity Foundation starting in 2017, in terms of the incorporation of the principle of friendly/adapted/centered justice for girls, boys and adolescents to the Chilean judicial system. We seek to generate a space for technical dialogue and convergence of political wills in order to make the judicial process a less stressful experience for girls, boys and adolescents, from a neuroscience approach, and encourage their participation in the judicial environment, promoting a equitable and child-centered justice systems for all boys and girls
