Give me a chance, but a real one: How to improve the Reintegration of Children in Conflict with the Law An analysis of the concept, key standards and practices in the MENA region

This publication offers examples of reintegration procedures in Middle East, proposes 10 key standards for improving reintegration and highlights best and promising practices that are spreading in the region. In particular, it illustrates the efforts that countries have made to align their legal frameworks to the requirements of the international conventions they ratified. Finally, this paper highlights that positives legal progresses that are unfolding in the region, although there is still room for improvement in the national legal framework and for strengthening reintegration practices.
