The study "The pathway of a child through the criminal justice system of the Republic of Moldova"

This study makes an updated detailed inquiry into the legislation and the real situation of children in conflict with the law in Moldova, and highlights the existing gaps in legislation, system shortcomings and also the positive issues that could be taken forward. The purpose of this study is to provide a clear picture of the pathway of a delinquent child through the criminal justice system.
