CONVERSATIONS WITH CHILDREN / 2 : The Justice System from the Perspective of Children Victims and Witnesses

This document was developed following Tdh interest in learning how those children and young people who have recently encountered the justice system as victims and witnesses subjectively experienced it. In simple terms, we wanted to know the answer to the questions “how was it for you?” as a child facing police, lawyers, prosecutors and judges, “How did you feel like? What did you think? What did you learn? If you could maky any change, what should be done in Moldova for other children that face criminal justice?”
