A draft report on Juvenile Justice Situation in South Asia

This report is drafted to present the overall juvenile justice situation in South Asia. In particular, it explored issues and existing legal framework concerning child justice in the region, including regional programme and projects concerning children in conflict with the law. Moreover, it also analysed coordination, monitoring, training and capacity building as well as regional protection network relevant to juvenile justice across the region, and provided key challenges to improve the situation of juvenile justice in the region, including recommendations regarding both general and Tdh perspectives.
