Best Practices Analysis: Lessons learned and practical guidance on child-centered chatbots and digital solutions for justice

The Best Practices Analysis, developed within the i-ACCESS MyRights project, provides key insights into the design and development of generative AI-driven chatbot aimed at improving children’s access to justice.
